Process: Machine harvested, light oxidation, well dried.

The dry leaves are rather small with very few stems. The brew has a bright yellow color. The leaves are green with oxidation marks on the edges. The oxidation level of this batch is traditional.

The typical SiJiChun flowery spring scents.
3. Taste
The taste is soft, refreshing and well balanced. The most suitable brewing method is to use a high leaf ratio and make short pours with boiling water.
