The round shape of this teapot is called 圆形 (Yuán xíng). The clay is modern zhuni, a hard red clay with little porosity. It was fired at a high temperature: the cover produces a high pitched sound when it touches the body of the teapot.
The details of this teapot show good craftsmanship. The knob is also slightly elevated and easy to grab. The handle's shape looks like a ear. The spout is nicely curved. However, the lid doesn't fit the body very tightly.
It was made in Yixing approximately 10 years ago. It's clean and ready to use.
This teapot has a small, single hole. It performs best with rolled Oolongs.
